Casa Piccolo
2-3 Hour Onsite Consult $400
Like an espresso shot, Casa Piccolo delivers lots of impact in a short time frame for clients on a modest budget. Casa Piccolo is for you if you’re the budget-conscious DIY type and looking for simple interior design direction and ideas. You simply share your vision for the project. We are good listeners, and we’re interested in learning more about what inspires you and why you’re ready to make changes in your home or condo.
We look at one or two rooms in detail for a Piccolo project. We offer the flexibility for meeting via Zoom or in-person (your choice).
At the end of the process, you’ll have:
- New color schemes
- Assessment of what stays and goes
- Better floor plans
- List of retailers to shop for unique items
- A plan for the process and list of pieces to buy

Casa Medio
10 Hour Onsite & Offsite Consult $1500
It’s a bit like an antipasto, a highly focused design sensory experience. Lots of good options for a satisfying start to the interior design of your home. It’s ideal for clients who aren’t ready for a full-service interior design commitment. Casa Medio identifies the essential project building blocks, including suggestions for architectural updates, a project budget and, schedule help to clarify your end goals on a larger scale.
A five-hour onsite consultation that allows us to:
- Assess your space and discuss layout and furniture placement
- Create floor plans as needed
- Develop color schemes and lighting and accessories ideas for each room
- Discuss architectural changes
- Refine your budget per room
- Identify the best resources for materials
- Provide a project schedule
- Itemize labor and materials costs, and permit requirements
- Collaborate on a multi-year plan if applicable

This end-to-end service includes:
- Initial meeting to discuss needs and design preferences
- Personalize design concepts and present floor plans based on your lifestyle, design preferences, and budget
- Review and refine the concept
- Execute design – select furnishings, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, hardware, moldings, etc.
- Price out and order materials;
- Hire contractors, tradespeople, workrooms, and artisans as needed
- Oversee project management (scheduling and construction) and budget
- Ensure all furnishings are delivered to receiver or owner and stage rooms according to floor plans
